1. Insurance

Drivers age limit - 25 to 70 years
Must have held a full license for 2 years.
Additional Drivers details required.
Excess of £500.00 (refundable deposit required)
Proof of identity required.
(We will not release the van if we have not seen this)
Driver responsible for all legal penalties during hire period.

2. Booking

Deposit required (£150.00) payable when booking
Balance 21 days before hire
Deposit non refundable.

3. European Travel

Under the terms of our insurance we can not allow European Travel.

4. All Vans are Non Smoking

5. Hire times

The Vans will be available between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm, on the collection day and must be returned before 10.00 am on day of return.

Arrangement outside of these hours must be agreed at the time of booking.

In case of late return we must be advised immediately.

6 .Van return

The Van must be returned clean and in the condition they left the yard otherwise an excess charge will be made.

7. Personal Insurance

You will need to organise your own personal insurance as we are not liable for your personal property.
